VOLUME FOUR - CHAPTER 141

Declared armed hostile conflict between nations waging war, contending in battle, actively fighting striving to overcome by weapons is the cause or occasion of loss of life, resulting from war the time or manner of dying and cause of pain, grief, and injury to the human body, wounded persons of war.

Coming into settlement of any differences between governments made by negotiation establishing friendly relations and ending hostilities performed toward those who have been in a state of deep-seated mutual hatred effects a reconciliation which provides an umbrella of peace that cherishes and loves life.

A manner of conducting oneself and way of acting functioning outside the established cultural system, the joy and salvation of life in peace can be chosen by the government of the United States of America and all its citizenry, beginning this 1 st day of March, Year 2006 select freely and after consideration.
