VOLUME ONE - CHAPTER 42

All that the LORD shall say, do, and be obedient. I have looked upon my people, bow down your ear and hear the words sent to the living God. Be attentive, hear the prayer of my people, and grant mercy in the sight of man. Mine ear heard and understood it, open also your ear to discipline, hear the desire of my people and deliver speedily. And their prayer shall come to you, incline your ear unto their cry and answer speedily him that is weary, the sure mercies.

My voice, the words of my mouth, speak now in the ears of the people and write in a book; as you speak so will I do. I give you ears to hear, this day, now therefore go and proclaim in the ears of the people, all that seem good for the whole house.

A sound in the ear in prosperity and the fame thereof, opens the ears of men. Opening the ears, all the nations shall gather together, and the people shall be assembled. Nevertheless hear now this word that I speak, this letter, written from my mouth, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD'S house, the ears of all the people.

Receive it in your heart, and hear with your ears. Cease to cry unto the LORD, leave off speaking, for the matter is perceived, and it is the sound of peace. Hold your peace that I may speak, I rejoice over you with joy; rest in my love. I have held my peace a long time, I have been still and refrained myself, this day I shall give unto the people.
