The total number of immigrants entering our great nation thereafter, not legal, contrary to law, violating immigration rules, at or near the border of the two adjoining countries take into custody held under guard by border security, national guard, or any assigned military units. Immediate charge and control over the suspect exercised by confinement held in lawful custody under the jurisdiction of local police forces, afterward put into state or federal prison awaiting removal from our country illegal aliens whose presence is unlawful or prejudicial.
