Our Father, children of Peace entitled to the privilege of enjoying civil and political liberty the full rights of a citizen living under my head, millions of sons and daughters of human parents are imprison, saddened by isolation, deprived of liberty and kept under involuntary restraint, confinement, or custody.

Institutionalized away from usefulness and human activities, a sentence of imprisonment shunned for moral or social reasons by law or judicial decision for the commission of a gross violation of law or a grave offense both reprehensible, foolish, or disgraceful that outrages the moral or physical senses.

This disease or illness caused by the knowledge of evil that poisons the mind and soul make inactive physically causing no trouble, out of use so that it no longer corrupts or contaminates.

Wounded persons in an obviously harmful and damaging condition leading to premature judgments or unwarranted opinions that makes achievement of reform unusually difficult, a disadvantage imposed inflicting, involving, or aiming at severe punitive measures. My family kept within legal restraints or obligations as captive animals held under control of the course of court decisions that makes departure from imputed bad character and conduct difficult.

My Son, confinement for a person who violates the law is of an inevitable nature, inescapable and logically unavoidable, a command absolutely needed that must prevail if amendment of what is defective, vicious, corrupt, or depraved is to occur.

All convicted of crimes inferior in degree comparatively unimportant set free from restraint, confinement, or servitude in jails that oversee them in legal custody and restricts organized activities working toward restoring to good repute, reestablishing their good name and bringing to a condition of useful and constructive activity.

Set up an agency regulating its extent of treatment, activity, influence, and range of operation of person in command. The enjoyment of personal freedom makes changing a course of conduct easier, amend or improve their circumstance by change of form and removal of faults or abuses, enforcing and introducing a better method or course of action causing prisoners to abandon evil ways.

Manage farms built, installed, and established to hold person convicted and under sentence for a crime within a tract of land devoted to agricultural purposes, raising of animals, domestic livestock, water reserved for the artificial cultivation of fish engaged in raising crops.

A productive industry using mechanical power and machinery to produce agricultural products, fresh fruits and vegetables, grain and other staple corps according to an organized plan with the division of labor.

Forbid property to trespassers under penalty of legal prosecution by notices place along the boundaries of a place at which a body of troops are stationed and miscellaneous work order at a stated rate supported by armed forces that exercises guard and police functions to keep within a geographic boundary.
